ctrp476_150214Richard Bluestein is a longtime internet content creator who pioneered much of what we know today as popular comedy and entertainment genres. His program, as well as his legendary character Madge Weinstein, have quietly pushed the limits and challenged conventions in the world of audio/visual content and satire. He is one of my favorite guests to sit back with for a long conversation to discuss life, changes, observations, films, shows, podcasts and more.

I’m 20, so the argument that anything more serious than a hobby should make you money doesn’t come naturally to me. Though considering rent and retirement savings, I certainly get the point.
Most of the people making loads of money from the Internet, are doing so by selling their users’ attention to third parties. While that apparently is tolerated by many people, it’s not a very noble thing to do. Citizenreporter is my favourite English language program, also it’s the only one I listen to that doesn’t try to sell me audiobooks. Looking forward to your future projects, I hope you find ways of also receiving some non-German love.

John Ive been meaning to tell you about these great razors that for a limited time are available.. ok ok .. ha. Really though I love the German love that I get and I hope I never give off the impression that its not enough. It is plenty. There is just this underlying wish to reach and hear back from different corners of the world including that strange North American continent where I was raised. But anyway I consider it an honor and a fun responsibility to be your favorite (in english 🙂 Ill remember that anytime Ive having a day where I question it all again. And I won’t try selling you audiobooks.. cept when I make my own!
