I'm so glad that you managed to visit. I have tried many times to explain the physical and psychological effects of WAR to friends and family, yet mostly people don't seem to get it. The shock that the country of Cambodia endured is still evident after almost 40 years. I had some of the most moving experience of my life during my short visit to this small impoverished country.
